Brithday Party!

Olivia is turning ONE year old today. In many ways she is such a big girl, but I LOVE that she is still crawling and doesn't have any teeth yet. It makes her still seems like my baby. On Saturday, we had her birthday party. It was a joint party with her little friend Adelyn, who is one day older than her, and we had a blast! I'll let the pictures do most of the talking...

We had a great time, and I think Olivia felt like it was the best day of her life! :) Happy Birthday to my sweetie baby!

How do they DO that?

How is it that little kids can always find food anywhere? Today I went to the bathroom, and when I came out, Olivia had found my purse, pulled it down from where it was, opened it, and found a Kit Kat inside, which she was eating when I found her. I almost never have candy in my purse, so it's not like she knew to look for it there... crazy girl.

Sleep Walker?

How soon can you tell if your child is going to be a sleep walker? Last night I went into Olivia's room because she was crying, and she was sitting up in bed, but she was still asleep. I put her binkey back in her mouth and she just fell forward and went back to sleeping peacefully. She just started crying tonight, so I went in, and she was standing up in her crib. Asleep. I gave her the binkey back and helped her lie down (I didn't think she would keep sleeping if she flopped right down from standing) and she was instantly back to a peaceful sleep. So I'm a little nervous for our post-crib future. Anyone out there have experience with sleep walkers?
