Amish Country, Again!

Olivia and I enjoyed our visit to Lancaster county a few weeks ago so much that we thought we'd take Jon. On Saturday we headed down and had a great time! We found an old church with a beautiful old cemetery with gravestones dating back to 1776! Olivia ran around to her hearts content. We also rode the beautifully restored Strasberg Railroad through the countryside. It was a fantastic day trip! We should do these more often, but then, Jon doesn't have a week-long break between semesters (making Saturday homework-free) all that often...

Au Revoir

When we first moved to Baltimore, the only other young couple without kids in our ward (congregation) was Sarah & Trevor, so of course we became friends. When Sarah and I were pregnant at the same time, due only a few weeks apart, we bonded further. We've loved hanging out with them these past two years, from watching BYU Football games to having cooking nights (Sarah claims she can't cook) to getting Olivia and Gardner together for playdates. They are going on a grand adventure to the UK for a year, and thrilled as we are for them, we will miss them lots. Last Sunday we had a little shindig at our place to say Bon Voyage. Here's a little photo history...
Pregos. Please don't judge my HUGE belly and general swollen-ness...this photo was taken the day after Olivia was due.

Tiny BYU fans, Gardner and Olivia.

Sweet babies.

Giraffes at Halloween!

Playgroup at the Science Center!

Playdate at the Tot Lot (last week). They are so grown up!

Cupcakes for the party. (sorry it's sideways...computer glitch and I can't change it...) PS don't judge my cake decorating abilities...I know they are about par with a nine-year-old's.

Sarah cooked! It was delicious!

22 Weeks

This is from last week...I'm now 23 weeks, but Jon just found the camera cord for me, so this is what you get for now. :)

First...

PJ's

I have two chances to get a shower each day. Chance number one is before Olivia wakes up. If I miss that, chance number two is during her nap. She woke up early today, so I missed chance number one, but I really needed to go to the grocery store, and didn't want to wait until after nap time...so we went in our pajamas. Does that make me a good candidate for What Not to Wear?

Ocean City

Where do I even start? We had a great Leininger family vacation in Ocean City, MD. Olivia was a fan of it all...the sand, the water, the boardwalk, and most of all, Grandma and Grandpa. Her aunt and uncles weren't bad either. Here are a few highlights from our stay.

Amish Country

Jon's family came to town, and while they were here we visited beautiful Lancaster County.

First...

box of crayons. PB&J.
